This past weekend was really tough. Stress from the possibility of the government shutting down. I have the tendency to eat more or dont care what i eat if i am stressing out espeically going into a weekend. Belive during the week day i can work it out by walking around the area of work for about 40 mins. I am on my second week of walking everyday before or during lunch. I restarted my vit. routine which i can tell my energy level is picking back up. This is the first time in the past two years, that i feel that i can really do it this time.

Awesome for you! I am out of the office in class this week. I and am still doing my exercising in the morning before class and taking my lunch. It would be way to easy to skip the work out, but I'm being good. Warm veggies aren't so appealing though. I am going to have to figure out a way to keep them cold until lunch. They are to warm in the car. Keep journaling your food. There is an article in my journal from a few days ago that tells you how to not stress eat and stay thin. Stick with it. I know you can do it.
