once again worked out at work for 1 hour ran on treadmill for 15 min at 4 mph and realized i am not as spry(–adjective, spry⋅er, spry⋅est or spri⋅er, spri⋅est.active; nimble; agile; energetic; brisk.) as i once was and slowed it down to 3.6 or so. still managed to get 3.57 miles done so not to bad. had the intention of making up Friday's weight training today as this week was screwed up and my training regiment is off but thought better of it and will instead enjoy some well earned rest as i did run by butt of and will get back on track starting fresh on Monday . hopefully i will loss some more weight as i sleep .
