After a discouraging weigh in last Sunday of 171 - which showed only a 2 lbs decrease in 20+ days, this morning I randomly decided to get on the scale - knowing I went over my calories yesterday and only went on 2 10 minute walks so chances were I wouldn't have lost anything - and my scale read 4 lbs lighter! Thank goodness this is cumulative and it isn't about one day of messing up :o).

Finally losing some weight energize me enough to keep going!
75,7 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 0 kg.    Sisa: 19,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

congrats!! Sometimes it comes off in chunks like that. That is what happened to me too!! Just use it to keep you motivated...and every little bit helps even if it doesn't seem like you are making progress. If nothing else you are making healthy food choices which is giving your body the proper nutrients to fight cancers, infections, and build what the body needs!
