So today someone made a comment about nutella not being good for me... because it's chocolate.. and I found myself getting mad about it. How stupid of me.
I have been eating kinda bad lately... its almost always in sweet related things. Yesterday I ate like 5 cookies... Today I brought no sweets to the office.. good move huh?? But then I thought about the nutella in my cabinet for the apple... DARN IT.. i threw it in the trash.

I just LOVE sweets.. I hate the guilt of eating them though..

But I think about them when I dont have them.. grr grr grr

On another hand.. mom got Dad's autopsy back yesterday (he died prematurely and instantly in Feb at home... very shocking and it's been truly hard lately).. the autopsy results have language that doesnt make any sense to me on it so mom's gonna take it to a great doctor friend of the family to find out what it is. It's def. cariovascular disease and has to do with ventricles and the heart being enlarged... something I know so little about.

It does have me worrying about my own health.. sounds like it's hereditary... I want to be health-- heart healthy... and thin..
I want to be happy about how my body looks... Im not fat... I'm not thin either.. I have a muscular girl body type.. but fat really LOVES to collect on my hips, thighs, gut, and butt. stinkin sweets. stupid chocolate...

I really need to get mad about it.. and throw it all out. all the cake mix in the house.. all the whoopie pie mix.. all the scone mix...

BUT>>> I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!! *cries* Is there any rest for the weary?

There's nothing wrong with eating a little nutella with an apple or on a sandwich, if it makes you happy. As long as you keep your portions and calories in check, you can eat it and lose weight too.
