it looks good. next time put it on a smaller plate to trick your mind that it's a lot of food. the white space makes it look like you should eat more.

That appears to be correct portions...that is called a regular meal and satisfies the appetite. You can come here and cook for me anytime - It looks good. I am impressed by people who can actually cook zucchini - I usually cook mine to mush.

It's a gigantic plate. That's why it looks so small. It was 8 oz of pork chops, 3 large carrots and half of a large zucchini. I almost couldn't finish it all!!
