Even though I got sloppy, I have managed to maintain at the same weight the last few weeks. However, I am not in my healthy weight range yet by a good 30 pounds and need to tighten it up, pay stricter attention to what I put in my mouth. Plan what I eat, eat what I plan. (the potlucks, candy bowl at work and days when my husband wants to eat out are my big challenges. But just losing this first 13 lbs. and able to fit better in my clothes and wear some I couldn't before has made a big difference. Also my feet don't hurt as much. I do hope my cholesterol is going down as well, that's my main focus. It isn't time yet to get that checked again.

Work is a challenge- no one has been bringing in extra food - but busy time of year makes me extra hungry- working a lot of hours but it's not burning fat like in a gym
