This is my first week. Very weary for i tried a lot of diets and other forms of eating. I will lose then gain right back. My motivation is my health. I want to see my son grow up and raise his son. Thanks to a special person that i near by that is keeping me going.

We all need our motivators. Losing the weight is the first part. Keeping it off and making a lifestyle change is the way to keep it off for good. You can do it. Sometimes it just takes finding your motivator. Your son is a great reason next to doing it for yourself.
