Actually I started on this journey at the last part of 2010. I joined TOPS ON 1/6/11. lOST 4 LBS prior to TOPS, and 12 1/2 since TOPS FOR A TOTAL OF 16 1/2 LBS. Now starting to follow a low carb diet. Mostly cutting out bread, potatoes, rice etch. Already cut out cakes, candy etc except for special occasions and even then limited amount.
