Did my runs 2day!
Finally calibrated my foot pod so its more precise (found a park with marked lanes, 100meters, did 800meters):
My avg run cadence - 82spm
Foot pod calibration
Did my Day 2/Week2 of 10K training today:
10K-W2/D2
Speed: 7.2|6.0|6.8|5.6|6.3|6.4|7.0|6.2
And my new personal record 1 mile at the race speed!!!

Yay!
Was working on my posture 2day and was paying attention to my arm position and trying not to make fists while running cos it slows you down!
Total running 2day - 4.23miles, calories burnt - 501!!! Me so proud, where is my cookie? LOL
What I noticed tho, wud be nice if garmin had vibrating feature instead of beeping, I can't hear alerts because of music in my headphones...

Nice runs! Congrats on your new PR! One thing I noticed with my form that helps my stride is keeping my arms even with my hips and moving them back and forth instead of having them above my weight or near my chest. Just a tip, has helped my speed greatly!

Yeah that's what I was doing today, kept my arms fixed at a 90-degree angle but couldn't help it with the fists, idk why LOL I guess I just wanna punch smbd when I run! I will work on that tho. I posted in the 10K challenge about how to improve ur speed (if u haven't read it yet) and one of the tips is ur arm position. Weird that gps didn't work on my runs 2day, all I see is foot pod info, hmmmm..

IMPRESSIVE!!!! Teach me your running secrets? Pretty please? I'll give you that cookie! You need to post a vid somewhere of you running...I need to see "how a girl runs" because my form is horrible and I'm basically just flailing my arms and legs wildly hoping I'll get somewhere. Perhaps you could send Garmin an email suggesting they make their next model with a vibrating feature, 'cause I agree, that's a great idea. They could call it the Kate.0 !!

Hey Tubbs, long tym no see :) I have a vid of me running on a treadmill cos I was trying what kind of pronation I have. I asked my bfr to take a video, so mostly it is my ass (pardon my french) & my dog staring at my ass. What's better than taking a video of a close up 'rear' rite? Lmao anyway, it's not that hard, I mean running :) you just have 2 push urself especially at 1st & then you get addicted! :) Maybe I will email garmin with my neat vibrating idea, who knows maybe they will gimme a free garmin device lmao

I think they did have a VIBRATING one but most women wore out the BATTERIES too FAST........HeeHee......
