was too ashamed to get on the scale this morning :( this weekend i have done nothing but binge..i gave in and did nothing but eat and drink all hte wrong things at all the wrong times. i mean i even lowered myself to eat at a well know fast food chain. i am annoyed at myself completely. i wasnt even hungry and i dont even like or enjoy it. it soooooooooo wasnt worth it (which is why i think i'm so annoyed)
today is a new day though i need to understand why i went so crazy and that way i can ensure that i can infuture keep it more in check. so today i will reflect, drink lots of water and try to cleanse out all the rubbish i have filled my body with over the weekend. i will still debate whether or not to get on the scale i dont want to discourage myself too much or maybe i should to shock myself into getting it right.
Onwards and upwards as they say (just hopefully not the numbers on the scale!!).....
