Had a really good day today, day 2 and I already think I am starting to feel better! I don't know if it's all in my head or what but I am glad that I am feeling healthier and my energy level seem to already be bouncing back in shape. I think my lungs are cleared up enough that I may start my daily walk again tomorrow. I may just start out with 1 mi and see how I feel. HOPE EVERYONE HAD A GREAT DAY !

Thanks Stef! I have missed you and all of your wonderful, encouraging and kind words. I don't know what gets into me sometime, but I know I never feel better than when I control my carbs! Glad I am back and i hope your week is amazing!
