Yesterday I learned that while it feels good in the head to have an RDI of about 30% by the time I go home after work, it plays havoc by the time I get there. Was freakin HUNGRY like I have not been in quite a while. To top it off NANA made Mexican Cornbread...so now I have a dish I LOVE but amnot quite sure how to enter it calorie wise.
I basically just overcompensated for what I thought was in it. Calories were a little higher than in past days, and I think was actually a bit loweer than recorded.

moral: stick to whats been working, 1030 bkfst maybe snack before and healthy lunch. NOT SO HUNGRY AT HOME TIME!

good news: though I felt less than stellar about last night, still recorded my lowest weigh in yet this morning! ! woo hoo!!

Congrats on the low weight recording. it is so hard to record food that is not in the system. I went to Fogo De Chou today. I guessed way high and probably missed calories. I agree on doing what you can to not be so hungry in the afternoon. Nights are the hardest when you are hungry. At work it is easy to work and forget. At home, not so easy.

I do the same.. guess and try to go over just in case! Nice job Mike. You'r weight chart------> looks like a cliff!

Ya,I commented a while ago that I may have started a bit high...took my first reading from the docs office and I had clothes on, but I think only 2 lbs over...may have actually started at 203. HOWEVER..It has been fairly steady so far...hope it stays that way! You are going nice and steady as well...thats the BEST way to do it. I knopw we all wish it was faster, but..good things come to those who wait....blah blah. Hate that #$%^& saying! Keep it up girl!!

Hi Mike-Based on personal experience, one higher than normal meal shouldn't through you off, unless (apparently) you are counting carbs and you go over your allotment. Looks like your doing well to me. Keep moving!!!
