It's going to be a rest-sort-of-day for me. No wallpaper yet, so i cannot go on with kids room... and the tour starts at 13:45. Gonna go to my horsie with friends, and play some computergames i guess. Weight is stable nothing to mention there...

since tour started i had imagined myself losing some weight, but that does not look like its gonna happen so now i settle for stable. Sunday is last tourday so i hope i start losing weight again after that... Still hot here in Holland maybe that has something to do with it. Maybe i'm just dead tired.

nothing a small joint can't help :P

It is always so difficult when you put in so much effort to reap so little reward. I am sure you will do better soon as I know you are no quitter and will keep going at it. I look forward to you telling us you lose weight as I am sure all will agree, you are certainly giving it a lot.

You deserve a small break with all you've been doing, and a small joint. Relax. Stress can make you keep on/gain weight even if your doing everything else right. So its good to stop stressing about not losing. We all go thru plateaus. So don't worry, be happy. ;)

made it again. i had wings today, put the hometrainer on a higher level when there was a climb in the tour (and there where 4 climbs) Today i did good!!! now i have wallpaper to put up in my kids room...
