Went to the gym today and worked out hard for over an hour. Had my nails done and got a pedicure. Bought some new gym clothes and stopped at taco bell and screwed up by day by ordering a Steak Chiplota Salad. I could have done with out that but I was starving and thought a salad sounded good. I hope this didn't mess me up for 2 lbs down this week. djj
