Today (03/07) has been a wee bit of a challenge and a day of comfort foods. Good news is that I did not eat between meals nor snack before bed. Felt more satiated but went over daily RDI. Tomorrow shooting for better. Got in a short walk before work which helped me.

03/08/14 - weight up this a.m. over 240 OMG, I just can't keep from sabatoging myself. Why can't I get it through my head that i am worth it and find the darn energy to get up and move around. I feel as if I have eaten better today getting my two fruits and two veggies but stomach is so swollen. Doctor tomorrow, am very frustrated that i can't make any progress and doctor doesn't seem to care other than to tell me to eat better and exercise. Guess what I can't find energy to exercise, just wanna sleep.

Tomorrow is a new day.
