why oh why do I journal then quit then journal then quit? I know journalling keeps me "honest" and on track but.....I still start, stop, start, stop. GRRR!

I just journal Monday through Friday and at the very minimum Breakfast and Lunch because if I can keep on track with those meals then the others will fall in line.

I start with great gusto then fall apart on the weekends. Maybe because I avoid the compouter on the weekends. I will follow your minimum and see how I do. :)

I write down what I eat on the weekends and log it Monday to see how I did... that way im not hounding myself but I can see the consequence on Monday...

I was writing my weekend intake down and then entering everything but I quit doing that too. GRRR! I need to just buckle down and DO IT!!!!!

I think once we get within or at goal, we get complacent. Figure, well hell, I did it. I can do this without the journaling and contact with my people on the FS site. I think it's cool you're back. Excellent loss.

At least you had a lost, so that in its self tells you that while you may not be journaling, you a consciously aware of what you are eating. Great job on your loss!
