I am for a fact an sugarholic - each day is a constant battle, as such, the only way for me to be steadfast in food consumption without going over, is to just stay away from sugar. Of all addictions, this is probably the hardest to defeat, because there is sugar in pretty much in every food, except for meats/fish. And the worst, our society still does not give the necessary attention and importance of sugar addiction. People take it lightly, like not a big deal… and therefore, they’ll offer you sugar soaking foods, in every. single. meeting. 😪 People respect, and understand, they should not offer alcohol to alcoholic… but quickly, they put sugar in front of you. When someone is on diet, it is not polite to offer sweets. In fact, that is rude, disrespectful, and not nice. You’re contributing to that person’s weakness, and failure, and therefore, someone not being successful in their diet, has also the blame of the one that offers sweets, and high fat/carbs foods. Be nice. Be kind. Help your friend/ family archive their weight goal… and get healthy. Offer em broccoli😂 fat-secret community says thank you!
