I have not journaled for a while now, so decided to write down some thoughts.
I am back to pre river trip weight. I took a hard look at my weight history and realized that I have been bouncing around in the two teens since November. I took a look at cals and nutritional information and even though I am staying right around 1700 cals, it seems to be too much, as when I drop the cals down to 1200 on average, then I lose weight. So it looks like I will need to stay right at 1200 calories to make this work. This often makes my points lower than what they are supposed to be, but I think I will try it for a while and see what happens.
On the exercise front, I am back in routine and working my ass off. I am doing on average, an hour and a half of exercise each day. I often add an hour long walk to that when the weather cooperates. The new gym here in town is awesome and I am glad to support them while getting fit.
So the puzzle of weight loss continues to be a challenge and I continue to look for the the answers...just another day for the rest of the life on the road to weight loss.
