Had a great day yesterday! Felt really motivated for the first time in a long time, have been feeling like a failure after putting back on a lot of what I had lost but now I am ready to start again. I am determined to be in a much healthier place from now as I know the risk of diabetes etc is rising daily from being so overweight! Trying to take each day at a time!
