waah :( my first day of the ABC diet & i already fucked up. like 100 calories over fucked up . i was supposed to have 500 , which was a lot in my head so i went over because i wasn't used to eating like this i jus got used to eating low cal days fuuuuuuuck . :/ w.e 300 tmrw , i can do this. 115 by summer, i have to, no exeptions<3. [edit]:: according to http://www.losertown.org/eats/cal.php , if i eat 300 calories a day with moderate exercise, i should be 114.35 lbs by 4/25/11 since i'm 15 weigh 142 lb & am 5'2" :)<3
