oiiiii so the ABC diet was a fail, couldn't keep up w. it -___- but it's all good cause i'm getting Saludable Slim diet pills.! my friend took them & lost 40 lbs w/o diet & exercise so i CANNOT WAIT . ahhhhh that's like my goal wait in ONE MONTH<3 && i'm already down to 138lb which this site says i lost like 4 lbs but isn't true cause i accidentally put 142 lb instead of 148 or 149 or w/e i started at so blahhh i lost like 10 lbs then :DD

waah :( my first day of the ABC diet & i already fucked up. like 100 calories over fucked up . i was supposed to have 500 , which was a lot in my head so i went over because i wasn't used to eating like this i jus got used to eating low cal days fuuuuuuuck . :/ w.e 300 tmrw , i can do this. 115 by summer, i have to, no exeptions<3.

, if i eat 300 calories a day with moderate exercise, i should be 114.35 lbs by 4/25/11 since i'm 15 weigh 142 lb & am 5'2" :)<3

only 180 calories today :D & all i drank was water & a lite starbucks frap :3
