Today I had a weak moment and ate an entire box of chocolats, I hate myself for it, don't tell me it's ok. because it really isn't all my hard work from the last two weeks down the drain.

I'll just bow my head in submission to life and give it my all again from now on.

as promised my motivational list number 4:
MY LOWEST-EVER REWARDS:

84.0 – lost 29 kilo (50 euro present)
83.9 – 185lb. Below 84 (get day off)
83.5 - 184lb. (10 euro present)
83.0 - BMI below 31 – lost 30 kilo (buy flowers)
82.9 - below 83 (get day off)
82.5 – inbetween 85-80 (goto cinema with hubbie)
82.6 - 182 lb. (buy big present)
82.1 - 181lb. (get new outfit for gym)
82.0 - lost 31 kilo !! (sauna)
81.9 - below 82 (get day off)
81.6 - 180lb. (buy exotic fruit online)
81.2 - 179lb. (10 euro present)
81.0 – lost 32 kilo (50 euro present)
80.9 - below 81 (get hair done)
80.7 - 178lb. (get nw book goodkind)
80.5 - BMI below 30 = moderest overweight (sauna + massage)
80.3 – 2/3 of the way point (64) (get massage)
80.2 – 177lb. (50 euro present)
80.0 – 80!! - lost 33 kilo (goto disney with Peter)

79.4 - 175lb. (goto 3th part of the hobbit)
78.0 - 172lb. Lost 35 kilo. lowest EVER (join tennis club)
77.7 – green color on fatsecret (get new outfit for gym)
70.0 - 70 kilo!! - lost 43 kilo (get hairs removed infrared)
67.1 - BMI below 25 = normal weight (get week vacation alone!!!)
65.9 - below 66 (operation(s): get rid of belly-exes skin, legs and arms)
64.9 - 143lb. below 65 (ULTIMATE GOAL!!!) (tattoo)

sport: 1 hour steps
ch 1: 12-13-10-10-15+
ch 3: 1 hour swimming

goal daily: have deficit of at least 1650 kcals.
goal diet: 80.something before 18 Juli 2014
goal sport: 100 pushups before 13 September 2014

latest motivation: none.

Yeah, I was thinking it's usually joint then chocolate! In my case I would be having an asthma attack instead of the chocolate... also a few weeks ago was hungry for chocolate, bought a bar of some good dark, figured I'd just have a small piece and stash the rest in the freezer for later. Mmmm ate the whole thing, ended up feeling sick to my stomach for hours. Teach me, huh? It's not ok because you are regretting it. It is ok because it may make you think the next time.

one box of chocolates is not going to undo all of your hard work. refocus and start again. Never regret anything in your life as long as you learn from it. these little mistakes make us who we are today!!
