Im going to pick a standard time of day to weigh...like in the morning when I get up. My weigh ins have all been at different times. Foe instance, I was 204 the other day in the evening after a meal. Today, at the doctors office for a check up I was 203 with my bigg ass Doc Mrtin steel toed boots on! Ill take that! So tomorrow in the am I may be as low as 200 and call that a reset as I wont be wearing these clodhoppers!


I do a little better through the day when my first meal comes at around 10-10:30 am. The one day that I ate earlier this week I actually struggled the most, and even at late that night which is my problem area.
So I am going to get up, do my morning get me and my son ready routine, and have brakfast / brunch at around 10:30 in the ofice.

I've always struggled with eating breakfast as soon as I get up, it ALWAYS made me feel sick and I felt like I then ate more during the day. Have you tried just having a piece of fruit and some hot water with lemon, don't know if you have a sweet tooth but that helped me not crave sweet stuff so much and then eat again maybe 1-2 hours later. There is so much literature saying to eat breakfast within an hour of getting up- including my mum and she's in great shape and super healthy in her mid 70's, I'm sure she's never wrong LOL :)
