Yes, inches mean more than the scale health wise too. on how I'm doing it all i can say is I've been staying below 1300 cals and I got a cheapy elliptical machine. I can only stay on it 5 to 10 min at a time cause I have a bad ankle but I try and do it 3 or more time and I have a steep drive way I walk down and up at least once a day, Honestly I'm suprised thats done this.

PS I also wave my arms around when watching tv and other things that make me look spastic, but if it works I don't care how stupid i look.
