Good that you haven't been eating late. 2 muffins can't be to bad. If you are hungry late, you might try an herbal tea with splenda, or drinking water. That fools the old stomache. Great you are keeping in RDI and do so be careful not to reinjur yourself. You are right to go slow. I have been fighting to get back into running for last month and half, I fought myself right into planter faciitis by ground pounding to hard, to fast. It is best to be on the side of cautious and build up with out injury. Cheers, Melissa
