Being trying to eat healthier, by eating more green, eating more veggies, eliminating sugar except stevia, cutting out gluten, going for a walk for 30 min.5X. Eating protein 2 x 3 oz. at every meal.
This past week I have been really tired and very hungry. Been eating Chinese, A and W, chocolate bars, etc. Very Bad and I had just lost. I am now down to a size 12 in pants.
Just starting on doing 1 min of ab work. 3 x week.
