Still sick, but trying to record and measure. Have not run in what seems like forever...just too tired. Last night finally got my running stuff on, all stoked to go, opened the door and it was POURING rain. Turned around came in the house and did laundry instead. May make another attempt tonite.
Wish me luck - the weather doesn't look promising.
