I normally am not hungry during the week and lose about 0.5 lb a week. This week starting a structured high intensity excersise program have consumed an extra: Roast lamb and gravy roll 2 hamburgers fries, 2 pcs Jam on toast and 4 hard boiled eggs I dont think I will lose weight this week.
