Last night I did the Fit Test for the Insanity program, it was pretty intense; looking forward to seeing how I handle the actual program! Might try to do day 1 as tonight. I've switched from doing my Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred video after successfully completing 20 days of that to the Insanity program. If I'm able to move, I may try to incorporate both into the routine somehow......I'm going on a cruise on the 27th of February and had planned on losing a few lbs - that might not happen however I will hopefully tone a bit anyways :)
