Wow - at an entire bag of Tortilla chips with bean dip sitting at my desk today. Lovely - then watched a Jennifer Lopez video....wish I had watched the video before the chips - I likely wouldn't have eaten so many. :(

Next time just get out a soup bowl and put the rest away. I am learning to enjoy everything but in smaller amounts. Just learning myself now mind you..LOL

I agree. This is what I am learning to do as well. It's all about the portion control and it's hard work to get that under control!! We can do it!!

I normally do portion very well, counting out everything. I just had a moment of weakness.
