Starving myself. And exercising. I'm feeling sleepy and tired. I keep myself up with coffee. Every single day 30 minutes of tae bo. Cycling for 10 minutes. Sometimes zumba another 20 min. I could not control my appetite proper but now I'm decided to eat even tree branches instead of food and work my a** off. I'm decided to be under 70 kg until 10 th of May, whatever it takes. Cannot endure being fat anymore.
