I love it when ALL my family comes over to my house, but I hate the fact that they make things I only eat when they come and I have to eat with them because ever since I moved to another city we cant share as much meals together as I'm used to.

Right now, in my country we are "celebrating" what's called Semana Santa (Holy Week??) where people are not supposed to work, but school students are the only ones who really enjoy it because Semana Santa starts on Thursdays for the majority of the working population.

I enjoy it a lot! We traditionally eat something called Habichuelas con Dulce (Sweet Beans??)(I believe its only consumed here). It's so delicious, but its so caloric ranging from 500-1400 calories per cup (8oz or 240ml). I believe the ones my family make are about 500 calories or less since we try to make as "healthy" as possible. Hahaha. Anyways, I had some today with my family sitting on the floor together. It was a reeeaaally nice moment.

Also, we wen't out today and we'll go out again tomorrow. I can't wait to have more fun with everyone!! :)
