Ok well a couple of months off...and I'm baaaaaack!
I found it really difficult to get back into the swing of things after my skiing holiday!!! I am terrified to step back onto the scales but I know I need to face my fear so I can start facing up to it and get moving again!
I have been to the gym/gone running a couple of times but I know it hasn't made up for my indulgence in food.
I am back on it!!!
