Well it has been almost 3 weeks. I am not sure if I have lost any weight since I last weighed in( 3 weeks ago), but I feel fantastic! I don't know why I didn't make this change years ago. Out of 21 meals in a week, I only eat meat for 3. The rest are fruit and leafy greens. O.k. I admit it, when I have to eat vegetables I like them with sour cream dip... gotta make em' taste good. HAHA. I have also been active. I have been walking every nice day there has been in the last two weeks. And I have decided to have a small garden this year.
