So I just had the first real sabotage attempt on my diet! A coworker had cupcakes for her birthday and offered me some. Sounds harmless enough, but I have a really hard time resisting that kind of offer. So I didn't even look at the cupcakes, I just politely declined. She even tried to offer again but I said "no thanks." I think we are supposed to be celebrating her bday on Monday. That's when the heavy artillery will come out. I might need to bring in that veggie tray again!

I know I will come up against food tomorrow as well. I have a couple of meetings as well as a formal dinner that I am supposed to be attending. I am sure that I can pick out the good stuff during the dinner, right? We shall see.

sounds so familiar, I used to reject pizza at work all the tym. Everybody were laughing cos I had meat and vegies for lunch all the tym. After a few month a few people came to me asking how do I stay fit, it was my turn to laugh ;-)
