Two days ago I went to "Bootcamp" at the YMCA... wheeeew boy! It's like P90X. I'm still quite a bit sore. It's just once a week and I have my sister in law going with me. It was really intense!
I still managed to be able to move doing Just Dance on the Wii (30 min is about 200-250 cal.. not bad it you're really workin up a sweat.. so an hour is about 400-500 cal depending on the person..and that's good on a day when you don't want to go out in the Maine snow ;) )

Today when thinking about my calories... they all come from stupid carbs. I love bread and pasta and sweets. I have to find things to replace it. I still want to eat carbs.. just not the number I currently consume. I wonder what the easiest things to knock out are... I think probably the white to whole grain what is probably easiest huh?
