ok, having a tough time. Getting really sick of salads, bored with the food and stress is building. Lost my job, and various other issues going on right now are not helping! Have to find new foods to stay on track. Not eating all my carbs, skipping lunch, having all of it around 4:30pm now. Even though I put it on the log as 2 meals. Maybe tomorrow I can get back on track.
