So today I slipped a little -- two fudge rounds! It was good to have some chocolate though, and I'm still hitting the level of cals I was aiming for, maybe slightly higher than I'd like, but with two workouts today it should still balance out.

Slipping isn't bad, because I'm already back on track after I left work (bad temptations there!) and plan to keep going strong!

They are! It doesn't help that I work 10 feet from the office "snack bar" filled with every type of Little Debbie and other things!

you should be fine! good job keeping yourself in check despite a tiny 'slip up'. Not everything can be 100% perfect, but thats life :]
