I think I reached my ideal weight. Last week three people told me I need to slow down on the weight loss. One of them was my mother and as crazy as it may sound I still listen and value her opinion. I am comfortable with my weight but I now have to focus on toning my body. I need to get some magazines that focus on toning the body. Overall I am satisfied with my weight loss.
