Today is day 6 of the Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred. Yesterday I did level 2 but today I went back to level 1 (just not ready for that yet!) I have some days coming up that will be very hard to fit in the video so if I miss a day, I wonder if I should do it twice the day before or day after?....might do that because I want to do it at least for 30 days! There's only 1 month until my cruise!!!!!!!! so pumped.

Day 2 and loving it, I did Level 1 yesterday and Level 2 tonight, I like a little variety so I think I'll keep mixing it up. Also amping up the cardio and doing 35 minutes of intervals on the treadmill! Are you looking to lose weight before your cruise or just tone up? Good luck! Oh, and I also "accidentally" ordered JM's six week six pack ab dvd and I'll rotate that in, too!

wow that's impressive! If I want to see some real results I should really consider doing it twice a day as well! I'm glad you like it - I did it earlier than usual today because I had to come to work early but went back to level 1 lol...I'm looking to lose about 5 lbs because that's probably all that's healthy/possible in the timeframe I have but moreso to tone up, that's the main goal :)
haha - please let me know what you think of the other one you ordered. For me the worst part of the workout is doing the ab work, but that's because I need to build myself up i'm sure :P
