So... I haven’t paid attention to what I eat since October. 🤦🏽♀️ One day went by... two... 3... 1 week... 2 weeks... a month... eventually it’s been HALF A YEAR!!!! Ugh. I wasted so much time; it’s unbelievable.
But there’s nothing I can do about the past, so I’ve got to work on my present and future. I’ve started journaling, working in my mental health, and my physical health is ingrained. Time to be HEALTHY!!!
