So far so good today! I've had oatmeal and applesauce. I'm not hungry...just drinking my water and keeping my mind off of food. i did FSD before last year around May, and I lost 8 lbs in the first 9 days (detox) but this time I'm going to exercise and maybe i'll loose twice that in the first 9 days. I'm more focused now than I have been before. Buying my first home has helped me have a better perspective on my life. So I'm going to eat lunch (red beans and brown rice) and an apple!
