Went spinning last night and had my personal training session this morning. Feeling very tired now! I should have burned a lot of calories!

Doing ok with food, had my naughtiest weekend but even then it's probably not as bad as it would have been before the diet. I only had 2 chocolate digestives compared to a whole pack!!!!

I would love to get to 185lbs this week. That would mean a 5% weight loss and 10lbs. Fingers crossed I can keep it going!

Only 3 weeks until skiing now, if I can get to 180 by then then that would be great!!

Well.. it was Valentines' day, so all calories consumed can be divided with two :D But you're doing good! You go girl!
