Well, it's a beautiful Valentines morning here already. The whole school is busy preparing for the prom tonight. So it's an understatement to say that love is in the air here.

Last night was bizarrely rough-ish. I kept on craving for something salty. I planned on eating cucumber only since I've had my protein at breakfast and lunch already but my craving was really strong. I have not had cravings that strong since I started here. Finally, I had to eat half of my cucumbers with a bit of salt. Which is bad since I am trying to lower my sodium intake. I'd still claim it as a victory though. =P

Since I will be home late tonight, I woke up really early for my workout. Felt great! =) I hope you all have a wonderful Valentines Day with your loved ones! =)

When I crave salt, I eat pickles or olives. They usually fix it.

Yes, good for you for dealing with the cravings. Mine usually come in the sugar form. And the serenity prayer helps me there too!

Whatever it takes to get past those horrid cravings!! Cravings have ALWAYS been an issue with me. First something salty, then something sweet, and salty again. It became a vicious circle! and neverending.
