I worked out today and am very curious how it will effect my weight tomorrow. I did pretty good with my food today although I did feel a little out of control shortly after my work out as well as a little moody and shaky. I was shoving meat in my face bacon and chicken with out much thought. I think I need to make sure I am getting plenty of carbs and protein before and after a work out to prevent this.

Eating some carbs before workouts when I was on Atkins helped a lot! A good portion of carbs and protein after workout about an hour after is ideal.
