I'm soooo happy today! I was planning on wearing the dress I wore to a formal event last December 2013 to our students' prom this friday and... it's too loose already! This definitely shot my motivation to the highest level. I am thankful that all of the right choices I have been making got me here. I know I still have a long way to go (45 lbs long to be exact) but I am very happy where I am as of now.

Every choice counts! We can all do this! =)

Wow! What a treat. I call that NSV - or Non-Scale Victories! Your weight loss chart looks like a chart for a stock I wouldn't want to buy - straight down! HAHA! Just the way it should. Super congrats are in order!

Your replies just turned this small victory into so much more! =) @mrsmole: LOL Then this would be the first stock I'd wish would never recover! @tulip: For now, I am on very low cal. I try to keep an accurate food log. I will gradually increase once I reach the 140's though. *fingers crossed*

I WORE MY JEANS TO DO SOME ERRANDS...WHY WAS I PULLING THEM UP ALL DAY LONG.....THIS HAS NOT HAPPEN IN A LONG TIME.....I FEEL GOOD. GETTING MY SEXY BACK...WATCH OUT BOYS...THE GIRL IS COMING TO TOWN...LOL

Hey Tulip! Nothing to worry about dear. I'm good with my food intake really. I don't allow myself to go hungry. I just pick the food I eat and the way they are cooked - strictly no fat added. And I stay away from anything processed. I don't feel weak or faint. I didn't get sick during the rainy days which I used to before I started dieting. My immune system somehow seems stronger now. =)
