Day 1 of Post-Partum Workouts. (Ended pregnancy at 172. Down to 146 w/o working out. Wish I had lost more though.) It was rough. Couldn't do all of the reps or sets of my 30 minute workout ("30 Day Shred"). I tried, but was exhausted. Still nursing my 1-month old every 2 hours, so I'm lacking in the sleep and energy department. However, I'm thrilled that I actually get to start working out again. I just hope I can keep it up; and I certainly hope I can get more sleep in while maintaining milk production. Who knows how long it'll be before baby girl starts sleeping longer. *sigh* It's going to be a grueling next few weeks! But COME ON SELF! I NEED to feel good about myself again!
