Weigh in at work tomorrow.....

Had a TERRIBLE day today! I visited a supplier and they had the biscuits all laid out and I couldn't resist, before I'd even thought about it I had tucked in and had like 4biscuits and 3 mini bites :( What was I thinking?!

And I had half a bagel that I didn't really need, and a chorizo and semi dried tomato sandwich.

I feel so disappointed in my self! Fingers crossed for tomorrow in spite of an awful day.....

Your honesty is to be commended. I wish I had a fix for you when it comes to temptation but in the end it boils down to one thing - will power. This is a rare item to possess as so many of us lack it. After all, if everyone had an abundance of will power there would be no need to this site. I wish you luck the next time it happens, and it will happen again. One of my tricks to improve my will power is to put a few of my favourite biscuits (or other things) on a plate in the kitchen with the intention of never eating any of them. After a short time and a few failures you will find you can resist them and end up throwing the soft biscuits in the bin - joy temptation cracked !
