I recently purchased a book called "EAT THIS NOT THAT". I purchased it because my husband and I like to go out to restaurants and I spend a lot of time staring at the menu trying to figure out what is healthy. It has a lot of restaurants in it and you can carry it in your purse for that night you are going out to a restaurant in the book. It's very informative. I would say it is a good read. I've been working out every day and my arms and legs are beginning to feel stronger. I AM HAPPY.
