Well, A week ago today I was on my way to the hospital for Surgery. I didn't hardly eat anything this week and still only lost 1 lb. Oh well, I didn't hardly "DO" anything either so I guess it evens out.
My surgery was successful and is now behind me. I am healing up nicely and will start to add my exercise back in gradually this week.
Wow - It is almost February. January just flew right by me!
